FAQ

  • Why does the API always return the same IP?

    This is normal behavior.

The IP returned by the API is a gateway (relay) IP, not the actual residential or mobile IP.

Simply use it as provided — the system will automatically route traffic to the real IP behind it.

How to verify the real IP:

Visit http://ip234.in to check the actual IP being used.

  • Questions about traffic usage or incorrect traffic consumption?

Please check Traffic Usage Statistics in the left-side menu.

    You can filter statistics by:

    • Sub-account
    • IP type
    • Start and end time

All traffic consumption details are available there.

Most payments are credited instantly or within a few minutes.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to network issues or blockchain confirmation times.

If your balance has not been credited for an extended period, please contact our support team via Telegram @jibaoproxy
and provide your payment screenshot or transaction receipt. We will assist you as soon as possible.

  • Static IP shows detection errors?

    Suggested solutions:

    1. Please wait for a short period — in most cases, the issue resolves automatically.
    2. If the problem persists, contact our support team via Telegram: @jibaoproxy after the detection error occurs, and we will assist you.

  • IP duration is too short or IP changes frequently?

Normally, an IP remains valid for approximately 10 minutes.

If you experience short IP duration or frequent IP changes, please try the following:

    1. Check account balance

Ensure your account has sufficient balance or traffic quota.

    2. Regenerate proxy IP

Try regenerating the proxy IP configuration.

    3. Contact support

If the issue continues, please contact @jibaoproxy for assistance.

  • No internet connection / Some websites cannot be accessed?

    Please troubleshoot step by step:

    1. Check account balance

Ensure your balance or traffic quota is sufficient.

    2. Verify proxy configuration

    • Confirm the password is entered correctly
    • Confirm the port number is correct
    • Confirm the proxy protocol matches (HTTP / SOCKS5)

    3. Adjust geographic location

We recommend selecting country only, without specifying a city.

If a specific city has no connectivity, try switching to another city, as some locations may temporarily have no available IPs.

    4. Still not resolved?

Please contact Telegram: @jibaoproxy, and provide:

    • IP type used
    • Account username
    • Specific error message or screenshots

  • Which proxy protocols are supported?

All dynamic and static IPs support the following protocols:

    • HTTP / HTTPS
    • SOCKS5

IP Type Selection Guide

  • IP Selection Recommendations (Quick Guide)

    For the highest IP quality:

    👉Recommended: Mobile IPs, Residential IPs

    For cost-effectiveness:

    👉Recommended: Datacenter IPs

    For long-term stability:

    👉 Choose: Static IPs

    For frequent IP rotation:

    👉 Choose: Dynamic IPs

  • What is a Static IP?

A Static IP remains unchanged for an extended period, typically lasting several months or even over a year.

As long as the subscription is active, the same IP address can be used continuously.

    Common use cases:

    • Account warming and maintenance
    • Store or business account operations
    • Gaming or long-term login scenarios
  • What is a Dynamic IP?

A Dynamic IP is an IP address that can be automatically or manually rotated.

The system switches IPs at fixed intervals, and users can also trigger IP changes on demand.

For example, the default rotation interval may be onceevery 10 minutes.

    Common use cases:

    • Data scraping
    • Bulk account registration
    • High-frequency access
    • Likes, comments, and interaction tasks
  • What is a Static Datacenter IP?

Static Datacenter IP | Entry-Level IP

Static Datacenter IPs are fixed IPs originating from server data centers.

The IP address remains unchanged over time.

Due to their clear server network characteristics, they are more likely to be identified as non-human traffic.

    Best for:

Use cases with low IP quality requirements, but a need for long-term fixed IP access in automated workflows.

  • What is a Static Residential IP?

Static Residential IP | High-Quality IP

Static Residential IPs also simulate real home network environments.

The key difference is that the IP address remains fixed and does not change frequently.

This stability helps maintain consistent account behavior, device fingerprints, and access patterns, making it ideal for long-term operations and account stability.

    Best for:

High-quality IP use cases that require long-term, stable access from a single IP address.

  • What is a Dynamic Datacenter IP?

Dynamic Datacenter IP | Entry-Level IP

Dynamic Datacenter IPs are sourced from server data centers (IDC).

They represent a typical server network environment, rather than a residential or mobile one.

These IPs are cost-effective, easy to obtain, and support frequent rotation,

but they are more easily identified on platforms with strict anti-bot or anti-abuse systems.

    Best for:

Scenarios with lower IP quality requirements, mainly suited for automated or programmatic access.

  • What is a Mobile IP?

    Mobile IP | Highest-Quality IP

Mobile IPs are widely regarded as one of the highest-quality IP types available.

They originate from real mobile devices and cellular networks, closely matching genuine mobile user behavior.

    Compared to residential IPs,

Mobile IPs often achieve higher success rates and better compatibility on platforms with strict risk control mechanisms.

    Best for:

Use cases with extremely high IP quality requirements,

where platforms demand the most authentic real-user network environments.

  • What is a Dynamic Residential IP?

Dynamic Residential IP | High-Quality IP

A Dynamic Residential IP closely simulates a typical home internet connection.

It offers higher trustworthiness, better success rates, and a lower risk of triggering anti-fraud systems in most use cases.

Compared to traditional server-based (IDC) IPs,

Dynamic Residential IPs perform significantly better in terms of environment authenticity and platform recognition.

    Best for:

Business scenarios that require high IP quality (reputation/weight) and realistic user behavior simulation.
